Hisp Cabbage, Lentils and Bacon

Simple & Delicious, pour the bacon fat over the wedge of cabbage so that it runs between the leaves - scrummy. Used delicious locally grown Hisp Cabbage from Fresh Choice in Ashbourne

Tonight - Sausages with Puy lentils


Wirksworth Farmer's Market

I went to Wirksworth Farmer's Market yesterday to help the Redhead sell her Marmalade and Jam, or at least to carry the boxes. It was FREEZING COLD so we had to warm ourselves up with bacon sandwiches from Kirsopp's then a couple of lovely samosas from Apna Spice. Had to have another bacon sandwich before we came home.
